  • How do I edit or update my grant application after I have submitted it?

All contact is made via email to the address entered into the "Applicant Information" section of the submission form.

  • Why didn't I receive the email notification from Leadiant Biosciences?

It is possible that the email from Leadiant Biosciences was mistakenly filtered by your company's or provider's SPAM filter. Please check to ensure that this is not the case. • If my application is declined, may I appeal/resubmit the decision?

No. Your request was reviewed and evaluated on its own merit relative to other grant requests and all decisions are final. Many more requests for educational grants are received than can be funded. We regret that we cannot accommodate every request.

  • How will I receive the Leadiant Biosciences Letter of Agreement (LOA)?

The agreement will be sent to you via email. You are required to print and sign two (2) copies of the agreement and return both with ORIGINAL signatures, along with a current W-9, at least 21 days prior to the program start date. You will receive a fully executed agreement for your files.

Once Leadiant Biosciences receives the original, signed agreements, it may take up to 2 weeks to obtain the required signatures and return the signed document.

  • Will Leadiant Biosciences sign an institution's agreement or other documentation?

No. Leadiant Biosciences requires that its agreement be executed for any grant funded. Only one agreement may be in place for any one program/grant. The Leadiant Biosciences agreement meets ACCME standards.

  • May I make changes to the Leadiant Biosciences Letter of Agreement (LOA)?

No. Changes to the LOA are not permitted.

  • Is a reconciliation required if all the grant funds were spent exactly as stated in the application?

Yes. A reconciliation is required for all grants over $5000. Failure to submit a reconciliation within 90 days of the program end date generally results in denial of future funding.
